Both sides of online calls
On the Mac, SyncBrief captures your mic and what the Mac plays — so Zoom, Meet, Teams and WhatsApp Desktop calls are recorded whole. It can even notice a meeting starting and offer to record it.
Summaries with receipts
A structured brief per meeting: timeline of topics, decisions, action items with owners, open questions — every timestamp taken from the transcript, never invented, and validated against the recording.
Who said what
Speaker labels on every line — from your transcription provider, or identified on-device when the provider can't tell voices apart. Rename S1 to a real name once, it applies everywhere.
Mind map
Each meeting drawn as a map — topics around the center, decisions and action items on their branches. Tap any node to jump the audio to that moment.
A library you can search
Everything lives in an encrypted database on your device with instant full-text search across transcripts, titles, speakers and summaries. Export to Markdown, PDF, text or JSON.
Audio gets in from everywhere
Import is free and touches no provider — transcription runs only when you say so.
