Terms of Use — iCoderAgent

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iCoderAgent app (“the app”), published by AiDigiApps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

2. Bring your own key & provider costs

iCoderAgent works with third-party AI providers using an API key you supply (“BYOK”). You are responsible for:

• obtaining and keeping your own provider account and API key;
• all usage charges, rate limits, and fees billed to you by those providers; and
• complying with each provider's own terms of service.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party providers, their availability, pricing, or output.

3. Accounts

The core app works without an account. If you create an optional account to use the desktop companion, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device's Apple subscription settings. Subscriptions cover your use of the app only and do not include third-party AI provider charges. Quotas and any rollover behavior are described in the app and apply only while your subscription remains active.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• create, distribute, or run malware or code intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or
• generate content that violates your AI provider's usage policies.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the code, files, and prompts you create or provide. You are responsible for what you create with the app and for reviewing and testing any code before you rely on it.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for your evaluation and is not professional advice. Always review and test generated code before using it in production.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDigiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or provider charges, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
