Terms of Use — Sadhana Anusandhanak

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sadhana Anusandhanak app (“the app”), published by AiDigiApps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Your practice data (habits, logs, mood, notes) is tied to your account and syncs across the devices you sign in on.

3. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

New accounts receive a one-time 30-day free trial of Guru. After the trial, continued access to Guru requires an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly), sold and billed through Apple's In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Prices, discounts, and plan terms shown in the app may change; changes will not affect a period you've already paid for.

4. AI Summary & bring your own key

AI Summary is optional and requires you to supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) (“BYOK”). You are responsible for:

• obtaining and keeping your own provider account and API key;
• all usage charges, rate limits, and fees billed to you by that provider; and
• complying with that provider's own terms of service.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party AI providers, their availability, pricing, or output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• create, distribute, or run malware or code intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or
• generate content that violates your AI provider's usage policies.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the habits, logs, and notes you create in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the practice data you enter and for how you rely on any AI-generated summary of it.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI Summary output is generated by a third-party model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for your own reflection and is not medical, psychiatric, or professional advice. If anything in your data suggests a health or wellbeing concern, please consult a qualified professional rather than relying on the app.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDigiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
