Terms of Use — X-Calculator

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the X-Calculator app for iOS and iPadOS (“the app”), published by AiDigiApps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it is not inconsistent with these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules. The app, including its design, engines and content, remains the property of AiDigiApps and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent the law permits despite this restriction.

No professional advice

Important: X-Calculator is a general-purpose calculation tool. Its results — including all financial calculators (EMI, SIP, NPV, IRR, retirement and others) and all engineering calculators — are provided for information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or engineering advice. Conventions such as compounding, day-count, payment timing and rounding materially affect results; each calculator states its assumptions, and results marked “approx.” depend on those conventions. Verify independently before making decisions, and consult a qualified professional where it matters.

Accuracy

We work hard on correctness — money is computed in decimal arithmetic, and the calculation core is unit-tested against published reference values — but we do not warrant that results are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Lenders, banks and institutions may round or apply conventions differently; their figures prevail for any actual transaction.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDigiApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the app — including decisions made on the basis of its results. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the app and Terms

We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Effective date” above will change accordingly, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
